What details should I have ready?
Share the event date, the venue’s local start time, location and estimated guest count. Your planning budget, menu preferences and parking or access information are helpful too.
Can I ask about dietary needs?
Yes. Include dietary questions and allergy concerns in your request. The team will need to confirm ingredients and preparation details; submitting a note does not guarantee an accommodation.
Can I request another truck or dessert?
